It can also lift your mood, help you to connect with nature - and replace the car for shorter trips. So you can improve your health, protect the environment and save money just by walking or wheeling!
Even short walks make a big difference, so during National Walking Month you are invited to step up and try walking a little bit further. We'll have daily prizes, medals and a virtual walk to help you along the way. Can you join us for five challenges?
