Last year, Changing Steps Cardiff participants saved an average of 153kg of carbon dioxide emissions each by choosing active and sustainable transport over driving.
But we want to do more. We can multiply our impact by inviting friends and colleagues to join in - so that's the aim of Frienduary. By referring someone from Cardiff University to the app you can:
